Booking Policies
Accepted Payment Methods:
We gladly accept payments in Cash, Venmo, PayPal, and Card.
Notice for Booking:
For optimal scheduling, we recommend providing a 3-hour notice. This ensures ample time to conclude prior sessions, set up equipment, and or travel to your specified location.
Appointment Deposit:
Deposits can be placed to secure future appointments. Please note that late fees, late cancelation fee still apply. No-Show's are non-refundable.
Cancelation Policy:
Cancelations made at least 3 days before the scheduled date qualify for a full reimbursement.
A 2-day notice incurs a 50% charge, with the option to reschedule.
A 1-day notice allows a 25% reimbursement with rescheduling.
Same-day cancelations prior to set appointment time result in no reimbursement and a $20 fee.
Advance Booking:
Clients can reserve sessions well in advance. Expect confirmation calls one month before the reservation date and another three days before the scheduled session.
Late Policy:
If you arrive late, the session will proceed, utilizing the remaining time. A $20 fee is applicable after a 30-minute delay.
No-Show Policy:
No-shows prompt a follow-up call the next day to discuss rescheduling.
A charge equivalent to the full session fee will be applied if no prior notification is received before set appointment time.
COVID Policies:
Clients with contagious illnesses or COVID symptoms are urged to call in advance for cancelation, notifying reception.
Health emergencies allow for a one-time free cancelation or reschedule per year.
